District 6

Another in my series of art for The Hunger Games! This one is for District 6, the transportation district. Part of the challenge is using the China Glaze capitol colors collection polish for the district as the base so while I do like these nails I think the base color doesn't super represent the district. Anyway I did some gears over the top for a fun, sort of transportation inspired look!
