This is another from my second go round with The Hunger Games. The base color, Riveting, is a nod to district 3, the technology district. So I decided to do some circuit board stamps over the top. I LOVE how the matte topcoat played off this color. It looks like it's literally lighting up. I wish I could wear this look forever!
